ETIQUETTE  = ஆசாரம்  Many experts say that etiquette is simply showing respect for others and yourself at the same time. Etiquette has to do with good manners. Etiquette is the art of getting along with people. It is making people feel at ease with you in social situations.  A polite behaviour between people. 
1  Practice basic courtesy. Say "please" and "thank you. 2 Hold open doors for other people.
Speak politely4  Give up your seat on public transportation. 5 Congratulate people. 6 Manage introductions with grace 7   Groom yourself appropriately. 8 Write thank-you notes. 9 Don't chew with your mouth open. 10  Say "excuse me" whenever you need to leave the table 11  Know how to answer the phone.

-Always try to help others to best of your ability.
-Don't lose patience even if other party is getting emotional, angry or illogical. Try to cater the situation to the best of your ability. This will always raise your level of respect among others.
-Don't throw garbage on roads, parks, business places. Always use trash bins.
-Never spit on road and walls. It creates a bad impression and is unsanitary.
-Always perform social interactions within the norms of culture you are dealing with.
-Always consider the age and experience of others while talking to them.
 -Always respect others in all circumstances
-Think positively while responding to a complaint.
-Never be biased in any professional case.
-If you find someone involved in unethical behavior, don't try to insult him or her by telling others about their act. Instead use other appropriate methods, like giving friendly advice.
Never try to enforce your point without listening to others.
